God answers prayers and gets glory. Over the past few months He has helped me so very much. I have over the past few months walked with no walker or wheel chair glory to God. I work to receive the complete healing of Jesus' stripes.
Just today I was resting and praying. The electric power did not work. It still did not work when I felt led to take communion. I got out of bed in an unusual way as mobility is not as graceful for me- ie. I used to hula hoop so well. After being real with God, repenting, and thanking Him for being the Perfect One Who sacrificed and lets us live in the rest of the work He did at the cross (I feel so grateful He wants us to let His loving energy flow and gives us rest), the power started again. Yay God.
I was more grateful because the healthy food in the fridge kept well. The power started 4 hours before estimation. God is so good.
He has helped so much. I have prayed and seen a lump from a fall get smaller, a person over a period of months become optimistic and joyful and encouraging instead pessimistic, and more.
God has also let me learn to avoid plastics that leech estrogen, to avoid styrofoam, and has opened my eyes to be a better steward. He still works on me.
Well, I hope some of these praise reports encourage you and prompt you to "ask God so your joy may be full" like Jesus says in John 16:24. Peace, love, joy, and be encouraged. God loves us.
"For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. God did not come to condemn the world but to save the world." John 3:16-17

How are you living in righteousness, peace, and joy?

1. If we had the spirit of Tiger Woods, we would all be great golfers. When we have the Holy Spirit and use it, we can be excellent disciples of Jesus. - https://www.centralrr.com/
2. If the Holy Spirit were Alka Selzer, it would only permeate water if it was unwrapped and then put in the water. Follow Holy Spirit nudges.
3. If we do things on our own, it is like blowing up a balloon on our own and then bouncing it to keep it off the ground- getting down. If we get filled with God, we are like a balloon filled with helium that gets filled and goes up. When we repent, pray, obey, and read and do the word, we can stay up with His Spirit.
4. Illustration similar to Holy Spirit walk: One pastor saw a blind woman with her seeing eye dog. She had come to a cross walk. When she stepped toward the car, the dog gently nudged her away from the car. She got upset, kicked the dog, stepped into the car, started crying, backed up, hugged the dog while crying, and profusely apologized.
5. Shushing someone and not letting them finish in normal circumstances is rude and hurts. How often have we done that to the Holy Spirit?
